Welcome to Prevail Bank!

Coming Monday, February 24, 2020, Time Federal Savings Bank and River Cities Bank will combine our internal systems to complete the merger and become one bank; Prevail Bank. Our mission is to be an exceptional financial service resource for our customers, banking team and community by doing the right thing, taking ownership in finding solutions for our customers.

We will be moving to a new website on February 24, 2020 as well. Our current websites, timefederalsavings.com and rivercitiesbank.com will be re-directing to our new www.prevail.bank website on that day. Be sure to check it out on February 24th!


New Debit Cards

Arriving mid-February, all current checking account customers will receive a new Prevail Bank debit card in the mail. This card may be activated as soon as it is delivered, however will not work until Monday, February 24, 2020.

On Monday, February 24, 2020, your previous River Cities debit card will be out of service.


New Deposit Accounts

We are also excited to announce the refreshing of our deposit products as of February 24, 2020. To see which new accounts you will be transitioned into, please refer to the charts below. If you would like to change your account type after Monday, February 24, please speak to a customer service representative at 800.205.0914.
