River Cities Bank Online Bill Pay is the fast, convenient, and secure way to pay all your bills online! With our bill pay service, we will save you time, make paying bills online worry free, and make your life easier. In order to add this new service to your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Review the Enrollment Guide, which will walk you through the enrollment process.
2. Log on to your Online Banking account and click the "Bill Pay" button and follow the directions listed in the Enrollment Guide (link above).
3. After completing the enrollment process, your application will be reviewed and you will receive notice of your approval status via email. If you are not contacted within 5 business days of enrolling online, please call us at (715) 422-1100.

Discover an issue? Simply call the Bill Pay Support line (877-360-2533), and a well-informed Support Service Representative will work with you until your issue is resolved. The only thing we ask is that you allow us the appropriate amount of time - usually five to seven business days, based on guidance from the individual or company you are paying - to process, schedule, and send your payment.

*Accounts will be deactivated after three months of inactivity. There will be a $10.00 reactivation charge to reset the account once it has been deactivated.

Please note: Your monthly service fee is automatically debited each month from the default payment account you specify.
