River
Citie s
Bank - Card Program Conversion
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL
DEBIT OR ATM CARDHOLDERS!
Thank you
for being our customer and for participating in the River Cities
Bank card program! We are in the process of converting our card
program to the Star Network. This conversion will result in your
River Cities Bank Debit Card or ATM Card being reissued. In
early July, you will receive a new card in the mail along with
instructions and personal identification number (PIN). This
new card will not work until July 14 when we convert to the Star
Network. Please continue to use your current card until July 14
even though you will receive a new card in the mail prior to
this date.
We feel this change will be very beneficial to you
as a card user. With this new program you will be
able choose your own PIN number through a simple
phone call made from the convenience of your home.
We will also automatically enroll you in our free
fraud monitoring service. If you have any questions
or concerns about this conversion, please read
through the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below,
or call us at
(715) 422-1100.
